Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Little Peachy online so if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour, size or you are unhappy with it in anyway, it can be returned for an exchange or credit voucher (excluding shipping costs) provided that it is returned to us in it’s original condition.

To be eligible for a return (exchange) the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition.

  • The item is returned within 14 days of being received by you.

 

To complete your return please email contact@littlepeachy.com.au with details of your request and we will then send instructions.

Refunds
(Faulty Items)

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and check each by hand before sending it. However if your item has a defect and is unused, email us straight away with a photo clearly showing the defect. We will then advise you if your item is eligible for a refund and provide you with further instructions.

If your return is approved and you opt for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as you return the item to us.

If your return is approved and you would like a replacement, we will replace the item if stock is available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at contact@littlepeachy.com.au about the fault.

In the case we are unable to offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a store credit voucher or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

Returns & exchanges received outside the 14 day time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside Australia

Sale Items

Little Peachy does not accept returns on sale items.

Step by step guide

How to make a return for exchange or refund:

  1. Double check that you meet all the conditions listed above.

  2. Contact Little Peachy via contact@littlepeachy.com.au to get approval.

  3. In the email, tell us the problem with you current purchase, attach any photos showing any faults (if applying for refund) or explain your reason for applying to exchange. eg. 'wrong size'.

  4. If you are exchanging, let us know the new item/s that you want to exchange for (size, colour, style) and they will be held until we receive your returns.

  5. Await further instructions.

  6. Please note, return shipping costs are payable by you.
